Under her direction, her stations have won and been nominated for multiple prestigious radio industry awards in the Country and AC format, including Country’s top honors: from the ACM and CMA. She has received numerous national programming awards and accolades and is considered of the country’s top radio program directors. In addition to programming, Sue’s work behind the mic and behind the scenes includes decades as an on-air talent, including 8 years in morning drive, and stints as a research director, program consultant, commercial voice-over and on-camera talent. Sue has provided voice services to radio stations and other companies since 1999 in her fully digital home studio, which includes a whisper room, and a digital editing workstation. Because she does not work with an agency, you get cost-effective monthly retainers or per page project rates, and fast-turn-around.
EXPERIENCE
[nz_sep color=”#d0d0d0″ top=”6″ height=”2px”]In July of 2018, Sue left her position as the Vice President of Operations for Rubber City Radio Group overseeing programming for Country WQMX, and the operations for 3 stations, including a Classic Rock, Smooth Jazz and News/Talk to pursue her VO and writing full time.

5 years as Director of Programming for Salem Communications.
CCM “Fish” format in Cleveland and Chicago.
In addition to her programming experience, Sue wrote and programmed “Your Weekend” with Jim Brickman, a 3-hour syndicated radio program heard on over 90 AC stations around the country.[/nz_icon_list]
